Saturday: Mid-Atlantic Oktoberfest in Shirlington
Like the changing of the leaves, this annual event really gives a sense that fall is here. The 10th Annual Mid-Atlantic Oktoberfest in Shirlington is consistently one of the best beer festivals in the D.C. region. This year, check out more than 30 breweries, as well as food and live music. Cost is $25 to enjoy plenty of beer samples, and free if you just want to hang out in Shirlington and listen to the live music. Saturday and Sunday: Drake at DAR Constitution Hall
There has been a lot of buzz this summer around Canadian rapper Drake, who performs at DAR Constitution Hall on Saturday and Sunday. His official debut album dropped in June and went to No. 1.
