Baltimore County?s anti-big box bill shot down

The Baltimore County Council killed a bill prohibiting warehouse retail stores likeCostco, BJ?s and Sam?s Club in manufacturing zones.

The bill, voted on at a legislative session Monday night, targeted a proposed Costco location in the 1100 block of Taylor Avenue in the district, represented by the bill?s sponsor Councilman Vince Gardina.
