Office Suites Plus, a provider of full-service office suites and virtual offices, signed a lease for 14,622 square feet of space at One Annapolis Exchange in Annapolis.
The Annapolis location is the first for Office Suites Plus in Maryland and the mid-Atlantic region and its 34th location overall.
Commercial real estate agents Kyle Durkee and Whitney Nye of Cushman & Wakefield Baltimore represented Office Suites Plus in the transaction.
