Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign unveiled a new ad on Friday blasting Donald Trump’s remarks on pregnancy and the workplace.
Clinton tweeted the video with the message that it would be the first in a new series dubbed, a message from your potential next president.
“Well you know pregnancy is never, um, it’s a wonderful thing for the woman, it’s a wonderful thing for the husband, it’s certainly an inconvenience for a business,” Trump is shown saying in the ad.
The clip comes from a 2004 interview Trump did with NBC’s “Dateline,” which NBC published again online on Thursday.
Clinton’s ad suggests Trump’s treatment of women could be the focus of a slew of negative attacks from Clinton and her supporters, as the general election race promises to make the personal become political before November.
