Seven-term Congressman Albert Wynn appears to have scored a win over his vocal critic Donna Edwards in the long-awaited race for Maryland’s District 4 House seat.
With all ballots in Montgomery and Prince George’s counties finally tallied over the weekend, Wynn secured 49 percent — or 39,482 votes — of the vote to Edwards’ close 47 — or 37,174 votes.
