CHICAGO (AP) — A former Chicago cabdriver has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for two separate incidents in which he sexually assaulted female passengers.
Eric Chung received his sentence Wednesday after pleading guilty to two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault and one count of attempted aggravated criminal sexual assault. He must serve at least 85 percent of the 35-year sentence before he’s eligible for parole.
