Donald Trump on Friday claimed that he’s already hearing from supporters of Bernie Sanders who don’t want to vote for Hillary Clinton.
“Wow, my campaign is hearing from more and more Bernie supporters that they will NEVER support Crooked Hillary,” Trump tweeted Friday afternoon.
Wow, my campaign is hearing from more and more Bernie supporters that they will NEVER support Crooked Hillary. She sold them out, V.P. pick!

Trump has been making an effort to woo Sanders supporters for several weeks now, and used the sometimes divisive Democratic National Convention as an argument for why Sanders backers should back Trump. Trump and other Republicans said recently released emails show the Democratic National Committee was working against Sanders throughout the primaries.
Those who preferred Sanders are also not happy with Clinton’s decision to pick Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., as a running mate. Trump’s tweet said Clinton “sold them out” by picking Kaine.
Trump also tweeted Friday that the press was ignoring how unhappy Sanders looked during Clinton’s nomination speech on Thursday.
The dishonest media didn’t mention that Bernie Sanders was very angry looking during Crooked’s speech. He wishes he didn’t make that deal!
