A top Republican congressman is ready for President-elect Donald Trump to get started immediately on an agenda to unite the country based on new infrastructure spending.

House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Bill Shuster, R-Penn., said infrastructure updates were one of the few things Republicans and Democrats could agree on during the election, and should be the first issue worked on in Congress.
