President Trump slammed “cryin’ Chuck Schumer” for criticizing him for withdrawing the U.S. from the Iran nuclear deal and accused the New York Democrat of changing his position on the 2015 agreement.
“Senator Cryin’ Chuck Schumer fought hard against the Bad Iran Deal, even going at it with President Obama, & then Voted AGAINST it! Now he says I should not have terminated the deal – but he doesn’t really believe that! Same with Comey. Thought he was terrible until I fired him!” Trump tweeted.

The president announced Tuesday the U.S. would be pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal, which was negotiated and signed during former President Barack Obama’s administration in 2015.
Schumer, D-N.Y., opposed the deal in 2015 and said he believes the U.S. should work with allies to alter the accord.
“The right thing to do would have been to try to come up, with our allies, with an agreement on those issues and let the nuclear part of this continue as it is, because it’s not being violated in any way,” Schumer told reporters.
In response to the president’s tweet, Schumer reiterated the slogan for first lady Melania Trump’s new initiative focusing on fighting cyber bullying.
“#BeBest,” Schumer replied.
