NEW YORK (AP) — New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s administration says an investigation concerning a top aide has concluded.

Rachel Noerdlinger (NOORD’-ling-uhr) is the chief of staff to Chirlane McCray, the mayor’s wife.
