It’s been almost three years since Jon and Kate Gosselin announced they were divorcing, and Jon has waited until now to finally say he’s sorry for how he behaved during their televised marriage meltdown.
“I am sorry, because I did stuff I wouldn’t want done to me,” Jon tells People magazine.
The dad of eight was rumored to be cheating on his wife of 10 years and has admitted to using “poor judgment in publicly socializing with other women so soon” after their split.
He also admitted he was “passive aggressive” with his then-wife and that he wasn’t communicating.
And in a not-so-shocking twist, Jon seems to be saying he’s sorry for all the wrong reasons.
Jon tells People he would consider returning to the television if the right opportunity came along.
Halle ordered to hand over hefty child support payment
After a court appearance earlier this week, a judge has ordered Halle Berry to pay her baby daddy $20,000 a month in child support.
Halle is currently locked in a custody battle with Gabriel Aubry over their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla. The Oscar winner and the French-Canadian model split in 2010.
“Our issues were never about fighting for her. We both know a child needs both her parents,” the actress said last year. “Sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse. We needed a court and a judge to help us work out some of the delicate issues.”
And in case you haven’t done the math yet, her child support payments add up to almost a quarter-million dollars per year.
Handwritten lawsuit accuses Jay-Z of plagiarism
A man who claims his computer was “compromised” in 2009, allowing Jay-Z to steal his unpublished writing, is suing the music mogul for plagiarism.
Jay’s 2010 memoir, “Decoded,” “contains various expressions/colors/phrases which correlates to my work,” plaintiff Patrick White alleges in the handwritten complaint. The man is asking for a cut of Jay’s international and domestic royalties on the book.
Oh, did we mention this dude is also suing Nike, saying the “Kobe System” marketing campaign was his idea?
Hip-hop journalist dream hampton tweeted about the lawsuit, saying, “For the record, if you’re suing ‘Jay-Z’ in court you should probably (hand)write in Shawn Carter,” referencing the rapper’s real name.
