Billionaire Tesla and SpaceX CEO and new Twitter owner Elon Musk will not testify in the heated defamation case between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp despite appearing on an initial witness list.
Musk’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, confirmed to the Washington Examiner that his client will no longer be a part of the trial. He was previously set to give testimony remotely.
