President Trump started the process to pardon several American military service members who have either been accused of war crimes or have been convicted of war crimes, a new report states.

The New York Times reported he requested immediate preparation of the paperwork needed to pardon Special Operations Chief Edward Gallagher, Maj. Mathew Golsteyn, a group of Marine snipers, and a Blackwater defense contractor.
