Two men drove up to another man on the street and shot him in the leg before driving away late Friday night, police said.
A man told police that two black males inside a white, older-model Nissan approached him at around 11:30 p.m. on the 800 block of Oglethorpe Street NE. One man in the car pulled out a gun, shot the pedestrian in the leg and fled the scene, police said. The injured man was brought to a local hospital.
Police are looking for two suspects: a black male, 18 to 21 years old, wearing a tan shirt and a silver and gray hat, and an 18-to-21-year-old black man with dreadlocks.
