Anthony Scaramucci claimed he feels “bad” for Mick Mulvaney and urged him to resign from his position as acting White House chief of staff.
The former White House communications director urged Mulvaney to obtain an attorney and leave his position before the impeachment inquiry moves ahead.
In an interview on CNN’s New Day, Scaramucci claimed Mulvaney is a “good guy” trying to do an “impossible” job in working for President Trump.

“You can’t work for a guy like that. He’s a horrific manager,” said Scaramucci. “He’s like a porcupine. And so every time you go to touch the guy, you get cut up some way.”
Scaramucci compared Mulvaney to a trapped teen in a horror film “scratching ‘help me’ on the fogged shower door.”
“What I would say to Mick — you’re a good Catholic. Resign. Go to confession, OK? And then let’s rebuild your career from here,” Scaramucci added. “You were trying to help the country by being this guy’s chief of staff. And it’s an impossible thing.”
Scaramucci was one of Trump’s staunchest defenders until August, when he announced his distaste for the current administration.
