Airlines adjust before Gustav hits the U.S.

Hurricane Gustav didn’t appear to affect operations Sunday at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, with almost all departures and arrivals on time throughout the day.

BWI had one scheduled Southwest Airlines flight arriving Sunday from New Orleans, and the flight arrived on time around 4 p.m., according to the airport.

There were no flights scheduled to depart BWI on Sunday for New Orleans.
