The news that Saudi Arabia has now released a wanted list for 85 jihadis that have cycled through the jihadi “rehabilitation program” has caused quite a stir in the ongoing controversy on closing the Guantanamo Bay detention facility. Eleven of the 85 wanted jihadis were released from Guantanamo to Saudi custody. Thomas Joscelyn is tracking down their identities. The United States plans to release more than 90 Yemeni detainees from Guantanamo to the Yemeni government, whose prisons for al Qaeda operatives better resemble a turnstile.
