It is official: “Catching Fire” the second movie in “The Hunger Games” series, officially started production on Monday in Atlanta. After filming is done in Georgia, the cast will move to Hawaii to finish up. Filming is set to be done in December. “Catching Fire” is due out Nov. 22, 2013.
