Sessions will recuse himself on Hillary Clinton investigations

Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., President-elect Trump’s choice to be attorney general, pledged to recuse himself on any matters or decisions to investigate former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

“The proper thing for me to do would be to recuse myself in anything involving Secretary Clinton that were raised in the campaign,” Sessions testified in response to a question from Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.
