Bocadillos: Chef Scott Peterson is serving a salad featuring Dwelley Farms cantaloupe and Terra Firma Farms heirloom tomatoes. It is topped with feta cheese, basil, sea salt and muscatel — vinaigrette reduction. Also recommended are the albondigas — lamb meatballs. They are served with braised white beans and fava beans.
