The public is invited to browse flowers, plants and crafts from more than 100 exhibitors and vendors today at the 21st annual Towson Gardens Day. Guided tours of the courthouse gardens will be offered at 11 a.m. along with self-guided tours of Towson?s “Secret Garden” (for a small fee). The activities take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Courthouse Fountain Plaza, Pennsylvania and Baltimore avenues. The rain date is Friday. For more information, call 410-357-0714.
