Michael Avenatti, the lawyer representing porn star Stormy Daniels in her legal disputes with President Trump, claimed Wednesday he is working with two other women who allege they have nondisclosure agreements with Trump and his personal attorney Michael Cohen covering affairs they had with the president.
“There’s at least two that I think are on solid ground and I think as the evidence rolls out over the coming months, disclosures are going to be made that my client was not alone as it relates to these payments,” Avenatti said during an interview on MSNBC.
“Michael Cohen was not a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week fixer for the sole purpose of taking care of Stormy Daniels,” he continued.
The women were paid more than the $130,000 given to Daniels before the 2016 presidential election in exchange for her silence regarding a sexual encounter she had with Trump more than a decade ago, Avenatti claimed.
Although he warned their allegations may create more legal problems for Trump, Avenatti added the women were not yet his clients as he was still verifying their documentation and dealing with worries about the fallout they will likely face if they go public.

Daniels has filed a lawsuit with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California that argues her nondisclosure arrangement with Trump is invalid because the president never signed it.
Since the suit was filed, Avenatti has been a fixture on cable news, advocating for his client. Daniels is also suing Cohen for defaming her reputation while he was defending Trump against her accusations.
