A spokeswoman for the Hillary Clinton campaign seemed to make a bizarre claim on MSNBC. The FBI is not look at Hillary Clinton’s server, Karen Finney claimed, they are looking at the emails themselves.
The MSNBC host disputed Finney’s characterization.
