Coffee Revolt

There is unhappiness in China over the price of Starbucks coffee. As Celia Hatton of the BBC reports:

The world’s largest coffee chain, Starbucks, has come under fire in China for reportedly charging locals higher prices than in other major markets.
The official China Central Television (CCTV) claimed Starbucks earns higher margins in China due to its pricing.

When you are upset over the price of a cup of Starbucks coffee – or, for that matter, a latte – you’ve got one of those problems that it is nice to have and easy to solve.  Switch brands and remind yourself that they do it to everyone.
