2015: The projected release date for the sequel to this year’s mega-hit “Marvel’s The Avengers.” The comic book-based flick is the No. 1 grossing moment of the year so far (“Dark Knight Rises” is hot in its heels). Joss Whedon — who directed the first installement — will be back again to write and direct the follow up. Most of the cast is expected to return.
