An unidentified man opened fire Monday night on attendees of a vigil in Baltimore for a man who was killed by gun violence over the weekend.
Baltimore City Police Department confirmed an unnamed suspect opened fire at a service being held for 24-year-old Jermaine Schofield in the 1800 block of W. North Avenue around 6:30 p.m. local time.
The gunman fired on the group of 20 to 30 people in attendance. Four women and one man were wounded, but local officials have not reported any fatalities.
Police do not have a motive or suspect.
