Donald Trump and Newt Gingrich teamed up for a selfie-style live video on Facebook Wednesday night.
The duo was scheduled to appear together at a rally in Cincinnati,the first time the former House speaker has made a public appearance in support of the presumptive GOP presidential nominee.
“I’m here with Donald Trump. We’re about to go to an amazingly big rally right here in Ohio. And this is sort of magic,” Gingrich said in his opening remarks. “So you’re now on Facebook.”
“Ah, that’s fantastic,” Trump responded.
“Worldwide,” Gingrich added.
“Good to be with you,” Trump said.
“It’s the modern world,” Gingrich said.
“It’s the modern world,” reiterated Trump.
“And we’re gonna create a lot of jobs,” Gingrich added.
“We’re gonna do a lot of jobs and a lot of safety for our country and we’re gonna do a great job,” Trump finished.
