Obama took a second day off the campaign trail Tuesday in deference to the victims of Hurricane Gustav. But while Obama cooled his heels in Chicago, running mate Joe Biden was on the trail in Florida, speaking to senior citizens, knocking Republicans and looking for the right way to deal with his counterpart, Sarah Palin. Biden declared the issue of Palin’s daughter’s pregnancy “off-limits” and then had mostly positive things to say about the Alaska governor.
