A man’s body was found in the Potomac River on Tuesday, police said.
About 5 p.m., D.C. Fire and EMS personnel found the body in the river near the 14th Street Bridge, D.C. police spokesman Officer Anthony Clay said. The body was described only as being that of a black adult male.
The cause of death is under investigation.
