Constituents of U.S. Rep. Jim Moran, D-Va., who can’t get enough of their 8th District Congressman are in luck.
“Jim Moran On Demand” — a new service available via the OnDemand function from local cable providers — goes live Thursday.

“The first two times I tried to speak in public, I fainted,” Moran says in one installment. “They had to carry me off the stage.”
