Manassas boy missing since abduction by father in 2004

Five-year-old Paulo Cesar Hinojosa Gavilano disappeared from Manassas on Dec. 12, 2004. Police say the boy’s father abducted him, and investigators say they believe the two of them are still together. But neither father nor son been spotted in more than five years.

Authorities think Gavilano and his father, Cesar Luis Hinojosa Quiroz, might have gone to Peru.
