Biden mocked Trump for slowly walking up and down ramps

President Biden, who was filmed tripping and falling while trying to board Air Force One on Friday, once mocked former President Donald Trump’s gait and ability to walk up and down ramps.

“Look at how he steps, and look how I step,” Biden said to reporters on the presidential campaign trail back in September. “Watch how I run up ramps, and he stumbles down ramps. OK?”

AGE QUESTIONS CONTINUE TO DOG 78-YEAR-OLD BIDEN

Biden’s comment came in response to a reporter’s question about Trump campaign ads claiming he had “lost a step.”

On Friday, Biden tripped and fell walking up a ramp to board Air Force One and was seen with a slight limp once he reached the top.

Trump was pilloried by Democrats in June of last year for walking gingerly down a ramp at West Point, with many questioning his physical and mental fitness.

“Serious question: what is going on with him?” MSNBC’s Joy Reid tweeted in response to a video of Trump walking slowly. “His supporters have tried so hard to get the media to question Joe Biden’s mental and physicsal fitness but they so often engage in projection it seems worth inquiring.”

Biden, who fractured his foot in early December while playing with his dog, became the oldest person to assume the presidency when he was sworn in earlier this year at age 78.
