Scout Willis busted with beer, fake ID

Scout Willis, the 20-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, has been arrested for underage drinking in New York.

Court papers show the Brown University student was busted for allegedly drinking a beer in the Union Square subway station.

According to the New York Daily News, when police asked for her ID, she gave them a fake with the name Katherine Kelly on it. The cops didn’t fall for the fake, and when she was questioned about it, she showed them her real California ID.

According to the criminal complaint, she said, “My name is Scout Willis. The first ID isn’t mine. My friend gave it to me. I don’t know Katherine Kelly.”

Scout, an aspiring singer, was charged with criminal impersonation and breaking the open-container law.

She was released without bail Tuesday and ordered to return to Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31.

Scout’s lawyer told the Daily News “she was honest about who she was. She is a very proper, very impressive, smart young woman.”

Broke and single?

Are Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou splitting up?

According to the NYDN, the Style Network personality and her actor-model husband have decided to end their four-year marriage.

An insider says the pair got into a “big fight over money,” which prompted the split.

“Djimon walked out on Kimora,” the insider said, insinuating that the decision of Kimora’s ex-husband, Russell Simmons, to stop supporting her lavish lifestyle may have played a part in the breakup.

According to the newspaper, KLS has put her Beverly Hills home on the market for much less than she purchased it for in 2007.

But Kimora says she’s not broke. She took to Twitter to call the money talk “Rumors, rumors.”
