Mayor Fenty’s been wiping out a bit too much lately, on his bike as well as in his official capacity. It was about time for me to revisit the D.C. youth summer jobs program story, so it seemed natural to put Fenty’s wipe-outs to good use in a cartoon. It also just so happened that my editor decided to write an editorial about it today. Although I’m never required to do so, it is kind of nice when I can pair the cartoon with the editorial.
