Jeff Bezos thanked Amazon employees and customers who made his spaceflight with his company Blue Origin possible Tuesday.
Bezos, the founder of the retail giant Amazon, completed his first suborbital spaceflight Tuesday aboard Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket, soaring to peak altitudes of 351,210 feet. The billionaire announced his departure as Amazon’s CEO in February to take on an executive chairman role.
