A federal grand jury indicted two District of Columbia homicide detectives in connection with their investigation of a 2005 nightclub slaying. Federal prosecutors said detectives Erick Brown and Milagros Morales ordered witnesses to change their testimony to fit the forensic evidence in the murder of Terrance Brown, who was murdered during a fight at Club U, 2000 14th St. NW. Brown and Morales were charged with four counts of conspiracy to obstruct justice, two counts of providing false information and conspiracy against civil rights. Brown, 41, and Morales, 42, are on administrative leave with pay.
