WHAT: The New Jersey Republican earmarked $1.1 million for Drew University’s Environmental Science Initiative.
WHY IT’S AN OUTRAGE: The university used some of the earmarked funds for its Environmental Film Festival; “Fast Food Nation” premiered on March 2. They also invited “spoken word artist” George Watsky, who blamed Hurricane Katrina on global warming.
