Judge Neil Gorsuch said Tuesday that he is “open” to having cameras in the Supreme Court but declined to take a position on televising open proceedings.
When Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar asked about cameras in the courtroom during Tuesday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Gorsuch suggested he would consider arguments for and against adding cameras as he would treat “any other case or controversy.”
