Texas Gov. Rick Perry turned himself in to Travis County authorities Tuesday following the indictment he received Friday. Perry said he’ll fight the charges and called them politically motivated. He was photographed and had his fingerprints taken and following which he addressed a crowd of supporters.
President Obama is back on Martha’s Vineyard following two days at the White House for high-level meetings on Iraq and Ferguson, Mo. Vice President Joe Biden meanwhile will participate in a roundtable discussion Wednesday afternoon on workforce development.
