BEER BLESSING

Council Member Keiffer Jackson Mitchell, explaining to the council what he did with Council Member Ricky Spector?s dollar given to him for a blessing at the Wailing Wall on his recent trip to Israel. Mitchell deliveredthe written blessing to the sacred shrine, but used Spector?s dollar to purchase a cold beer.
