Yard sale to benefit crime victims

Montgomery County police staffers will hold a yard sale on Saturday in Rockville to benefit needy crime victims and their families.

“My office looks like the adjunct to the Salvation Army,” Germantown victims’ services coordinator Laurie Mombay said. “We’ve got adult and children’s clothing, household goods, toys, televisions, electronics and furniture that will be donated that day. You name it, it’s here.”
