WATCH: Biden fumbles while talking to US troops headed to Ukraine

President Joe Biden fumbled through an address to U.S. troops in Poland on Friday.

“You’re going to see when you’re there, uh, some of you have been there. You’re going to see — you’re going to see women, young people, standing, standing in the middle, the front of a damn tank,” he told the troops.

Biden also seemed to forget the title of Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, addressing the retired four-star general as secretary of state.

These were not the only gaffes during the president’s address.

“We’re the only country — the only country in the world not based, organized, based on geography, or ethnicity, or religion, or race, or anything else,” the president said.

Rather, the United States is based on the idea that all “women and men are created equal, endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights,” he said, further telling the men and women stationed in Poland that they are at a crucial point in history.
