LOS ANGELES (AP) — A San Fernando Valley doctor awaiting trial for allegedly prescribing and selling narcotics without a legitimate reason has pleaded not guilty to selling a potent painkiller to undercover agents.
City News Service says Dr. Yahya Hedvat of Encino was arrested again last week.
