Transgender activist Jessica Yaniv appeared before a British Columbia provincial court to face two weapons charges.
The activist went before the court on Thursday and faced accusations of possessing an illegal weapon under the Firearms Act, according to the Post Millennial. In August, Yaniv was arrested for possessing a taser.
Yaniv is known for filing controversial complaints against immigrant aestheticians, whom she demanded wax her male genitalia. After the businesses refused, Yaniv filed human rights complaints, but eventually lost the case in October.
Earlier this week, Yaniv threatened to file a complaint against gynecologists who refused service.
