Bryan Cranston wants to play Donald Trump

Actor Bryan Cranston said Sunday night that he would like to play Donald Trump, and offered up a spot-on impression of the Republican presidential nominee.

Cranston broke out his Trump impression on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards, where he said he’d “like to be considered” for the role of the billionaire mogul and that if he were to take on the role, “It’d be yuuuuuge.”

The “Breaking Bad” star has expressed his desire to play Trump before, specifically in July on “Today,” where he also showed his ability to portray Trump’s mannerisms.

Johnny Depp played Trump in a satirical Funny or Die adaptation of his best-selling book, The Art of the Deal.

Jimmy Fallon has also been known to channel The Donald on “The Tonight Show.”
