D.C. police are investigating the homicide of a teenager in Southeast Washington.
Around 9:30 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 1300 block of Congress Street SE, and found a teenage boy suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police have identified the victim as 16-year-old Raheem Jackson of the 1300 block of Congress Street SE.
