Police were searching for two men suspected of robbing six suburban Baltimore stores at gunpoint.
The men used handguns to rob five electronics stores and one convenience store since late December in Carroll, Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Howard counties, according to state police.
Shots were fired in the most recent robbery, Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the T-Mobile store in the 9200 block of Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City, police said.
The two suspects have robbed five other stores, police say:

» Auto Sounds Innovation in the 1800 block of Liberty Road in Eldersburg Jan. 3 at 6:30 p.m.
» The AT&T Wireless in the 8500 block of Liberty Road in Randallstown on Jan. 3 at 7:15 p.m.
» The 7-Eleven convenience store in the 500 blockof Main Street in Reisterstown on Jan. 5 at 11:50 p.m.
» The AT&T Wireless store in the 6000 block of Baltimore National Pike in Baltimore on Jan. 29 at 11:40 a.m.
Both suspects are black men. One has a mustache and chin-strap beard and weighs about 150 pounds. The other wears wire-rimmed glasses and Timberland boots and weighs about 200 pounds.
