Last: Free Kucinich! (UPDATED)

Various staffers at the Democratic debate have told me that Dennis Kucinich will be allowed into the debate in a few minutes, but the Nevada Supreme Court has yet to speak and no one will say anything officially. Meanwhile, the Kucinich camp sends out the following release:

LAS VEGAS, NV – Still awaiting a decision by the Nevada Supreme Court as to whether he will participate in tonight’s Democratic Presidential debate, Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich will be broadcasting live from a satellite truck outside the Cashman Center beginning at 8 p.m. EST. The streaming broadcast can be watched live on the Internet at http://arqiva-dc-node-005.wm.llnwd.net/arqiva_DC_NODE_005.

Inside the debate at the press filing center, they’ve been running a loop of a 10-minute promotional video about Nevada put together by the state Democratic party. I don’t know if this tape will ever be shown to the public, but I can tell you that Nevada Democrats are super proud of their state’s diversity! UPDATE, 9:06 p.m.: Looks like the campaign staffers were wrong: The debate is on, and Kucinich is nowhere to be seen.
