Enerfab announces $11M Natchez expansion

NATCHEZ, Miss. (AP) — Enerfab plans an $11 million-plus investment that would result in an expansion at its Natchez operations, Enersteel.

The Natchez Democrat reports (http://bit.ly/10Re3dK ) the expansion will create 20 new jobs, bringing total employment at the metal fabrication facility to 110.

The company currently fabricates steel plate products including storage tanks and pressure vessels for industrial processes and ductwork for the power generation industry.

The expansion will be made to allow for an increase in tank head production.

Natchez Inc. Executive Director Chandler Russ says the new jobs could be available in four to seven months.
