Trump approval rating slips 6 points as Americans fear a recession

President Trump’s approval rating has slid 6 points as Americans grow increasingly worried about the future of the U.S. economy.

The approval rating dipped to 38%, according to an ABC News/Washington Post poll released Tuesday. The new rating is a point off Trump’s average and down from his career high of 44% in July.
